Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - Free on orders over $89
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - calculated at checkout

Canada:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) - calculated at checkout

International (UK, Australia, EU):

• Standard International (7-14 business days) - calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@crea-cut.com. We will work with the carrier to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
